whats a good cheap video capture device?

while i dont seem to have much issue using afterburner or windows 10 recording on the same computer while gaming i have been thinking about these recording devices people use and that i might actually see the purpose.

however what are good ones that are cheap? ie under £60.


also, as i want a secondary system for everything none gaming, would there some way to use that for recording games from the other computer? like a link of some kind.
