WHATS BEST RES OLD GAMES THAT DONT SUPPORT W/S

HI GUYS

well am on holiday for 2 weeks and thought i would stick an old game or 2 on comp for some retro stuff

anyways going through my games i plucked out a beauty

call of duty and the united offence add on

but i had this back in the days of square 4:3 monitor

my new monitor now is a 1440x900 widscreen

whats the best ingame res to use 1024x768 1152x852 1600x1200 and so on

i think they are some of the ones

i think my monitor just stretches the image so dont really want 50 stone soldiers lol

Just use a custom resolution

Browse to C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\Main\config.cfg

And change the following for 1440x900

seta cg_fov "90.3951"
seta r_mode "-1"
seta r_customheight "900"
seta r_customwidth "1440"
seta com_introplayed "1" (Skips the Activision and Infinity Ward intros. Otherwise, you'll hear sound only.)

if i could get medal of honor aa going id be happy as larry, got it wen it first came out but my disc is cracked so i dont wanna risk it in my dvd drives. and the worst thing is i have a system that would play it at its best settings now unlike when it first came out
