What's for Breakfast today?

Tomorrows breakfast is now planned.
LAMB HASH.
Leftover chunks of lamb from Sunday Lunch today pan-fried with onions, diced spuds, peas, fresh mint, lamb gravy, served on thick granary toast.

@Rai200: I used to cook lots of fancy dishes like that when I was a chef but when I tasted the combos the flavours never worked together. Smoked duck (probably twice cooked into a confit too?), with a waffle, a runny egg, hollandaise sauce, and homemade ketchup, sounds terrible to me. Looks very pretty though.

It's Sriracha, rather than ketchip and it worked really well together.

I'm just trying to figure out the price now but to be honest it doesn't even sound like a dish that would be on an English breakfast/brunch restaurant menu. £11.50-£14.50 ?

Woke up really hungry today so had 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, 2 toast, half pot of strawberry SKYR, 2 weetabix, pint of milk, 2 bananas, 2 oranges, 2 apples, few roasted almonds. My belly is looking a bit bloated but I feel great :p

Tuna-mature cheddar-and red chilli melt followed by a big bowl of cornflakes with ovaltine milk and a few leaves of finely chopped fresh mint.

4 crispy-hot crumpets with salted butter and blackcurrant compote/jam. Big mug of English Breakfast Tea using 4 tea bags and maple syrup and double cream.

Exact same thing i eat 365 days of the year, 4 boiled eggs, 80g oats made with 250g milk with a banana mixed in 30g whey protein and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Might increase the oats to 120g depending on time of year and goals. Breakfast of champions.

No i never get bored of it, ever. I actually look forward to it.

You're obvs into weightlifting or bodybuilding or athletics.

Seared Tuna and Avocado bow, salad and corn tortilla chips, sour cream and tomato as a very late breakfast.

It was decent, and for a small plate/starter plenty imo.

That's more like brunch than breakfast but they're basically the same thing to me anyway. Very nice looking bowl of food. I'd probably enjoy that with a little drizzle of a sweet vinaigrette over the Tuna. Yummy !

I fancied something a bit sweeter than my usual savoury meals for breakfast today so I'm having homemade vanilla bean rice pudding with boozy prunes on sweet waffles and a whey shake for my protein hit.
