What's that Geek Band - Music with laptops?

Today I saw a video of (I presume) a geek band at a gig where there's 4 or 5 men (most looked bald) on stage each with a laptop in-front of them (it looked like they were on bar stools). Behind them (projected) was loads of stuff, including Tour De France.
The questions is, who are they? And what's that song/gig called?

EDIT: My 1337 googling skillz have now suggested that it's "Kraftwerk" "Tour De France"

I couldn't see it that well. Our head of IT (aptly named Mr.Hacker

) had the video over the projector, and I could only remember bits of it
