whats the best conroe spec for £750

I need:
CPU(Conroe)
Motherboard(wanna get to 3ghz at least and has to have ide also)
GFX
HSF(decent one)
RAM(pref 2gb)
HDD(200GB min, can be sata)
PSU

Will be a gaming/multi purpose pc.

If there is money left throw in a cheapy(but good) DVD-RW drive and a floppy drive.

Best i can get - you can either downgrade the CPU and upgrade the GFX/Mobo or change what ever else. Left a bit for the CPU Cooler - im not sure which for .
