Whats the difference between these 2 tellies?

Why is there such a price difference on the 2? Both are 55 inch, both are 4K, HDR and android but there is a big difference in price and the cheaper one even has the added feature of 3D,

The 2 tellies are the sony Bravia KD55X8509C and the Sony Bravia Bravia KD55XD8599

The KD55XD8599 is a new model for this year

Most of this years tvs are no longer offering 3D as its not really taken off its more about 4K and HDR now

you can usually get last years models for half the price of this years.

i would say go for last years. the difference won't be worth the price difference. however the newer one you could imagine as being the better tv usually, however not always the case as there are some rare exceptions.
