What's the fastest passively-cooled AGP card I can get?

My 9800 pro had died, and so I'm looking to replace it with something preferebly faster but quieter.

I am not a major gamer, but would like it to be nifty enough.

I have found a 128mb Gigabyte 6600GT that uses the silent pipe:

And that's probably leading my list of choices at the moment, but is there anything else I should be considering?

The XFX 6600GT coolers are very noisy...
The only other 6600GT that is silent that i can think of is the Asus extreme silencer.

Edit - Mmk looks like its PCI-E only though (asus 6600GT)

If you can find one, this is the fastest silent card i know of ...

But thats PCIE.

For AGP the only thing i can think of is maybe ..
HIS x800XT IceQ II (LE)
or
HiS Radeon x800 XL IceQ II Turbo

Both cards have the IceQII cooling solution. This solution, while making the cards two-slot solutions, allow the cards to run extremely silent.
