Whats wrong with newnet seems they gone out for the month/s

Ive been ringing nearly every day of this month and yet to get a bloody answer from them!

ring support says press 0 then thats it nothing then says thanks for your message goodbye. then I ring sales line keeps ringing until im cut off.

Im very mad with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup but no reply been about 2 weeks now since emailed them.

damn disgrace this is. and all the reviews people were giving it, allthough the broadband side of its fines its there crumby support.

I know how you feel. I had these problems with E7 and people still have them. Im not even with them and they send me things like network notices and contract extension crap. Still aint got my refund but keep trying mate maybe, just maybe
