Whats your comfort food?

After having a couple of crap days at work the past month, Mr Betty knows what will cheer me up... he makes us chicken fajitas, I swear there must be a happy drug in there

Although the leftover Easter eggs are doing a good job too

So whats your comfort food?

Pizza for me generally. Had some last night after a long tiring day in work, but really wish I'd waited to tonight now as I'm in a really bad moon and could do with something nice to cheer me up.

For me it would be Lamb Vindaloo Curry.

The range of emotions, pain, pleasure, tears, happiness, intense heat, hanging on for life, acheivement makes this my favourite comfort food.

I think comfort food can be a bit of a girly thing, but that’s not to say anyone can take comfort in eating something nice to cheer themselves up. I think men do this, and don’t truly know it.

I know if I’ve had a bad day I do enjoy eating crisps. I dunno, a bag of prawn cocktail walkers followed by another bag really seems to make it all go away. I’ve also been known to chomp on mars bars right afterwards, but I would wager there are other foods I eat when upset and don't realise its to make me happy.

I eat when I’m bored, that’s a problem at times… Mostly frozen pizzas popped in the oven, just the ticket..

Try to finish a KFC boneless bucket to yourself with a variety of different condiments to hand.

Bobbys Crisps. Bacon Streaks, those Twirl things, Cheesy Puffs and Onion Rings. Huge bags and I can put away about 7 in one sitting.

Pretty much anything a bit spicy... Chicken Fajitas being a favourite of mine aswell. Must be all the peppers, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese.... really fancy some mexican food now

Good response, and like I said, mostly I eat when bored.... And it is mostly crisps, chocolate bars or pizza...

If something interesting is going on, I tend not to eat at all, but if I'm bored up a little upset or both then I''ll soon open up the fridge etc.... State of mind?
