What's your skincare & grooming routine?

I use Simple soap on my face and nothing else, since I've started using this I get pretty much zero spots. I used to use face scrubs etc, but I find a nice plain soap just cuts dirt and grease without leaving stuff behind which annoys my skin.

I do find my skin a bit tight for a few hours after, but that soon goes.

Wake > Take a dump/pee as necessary > shave if necessary > shower > dry and put on clothes.

Up and out the house within 25minutes.

I'd get bored doing what you do OP. Luckily I don't get spots (anymore) so they are not a concern.

Shower with whatever cheap supermarket shower gel/shampoo I've picked up.

Brush teeth with whatever toothpaste the wife has bought.

Spray on whatever deodorant was on offer when I purchased the above.

My wife once suggested I should use moisturiser, a laughed at her.

Wash : Radox shower gel

Face scrub : No

Toner : No

Moisturise : No

Shaving Cream : No (beard)

After shave treatment : N/A

Shampoo : H+S

Hair Styling : No

Shower Gel : Radox as above

Cologne : Not sure, Missus bought it.

Deoderant: Sure roll on

Teeth: Sensodyne atm with a good hard manual brush.

I do use a nasal hair trimmer though and have a pair of clippers for beard management.

Simple routine..

Wash hair with whatever shampoo was on offer at Sainsburys.

Use shampoo foam as face and neck wash.

Use fingernails as face scrub.

Wash body with whatever shower gel was on offer at Sainsburys.

Do armpits with whatever deoderant stick was on offer at Sainsburys.

Shave once every 4-7 days with a Gillette blue disposable razor and whatever shaving gel was on offer at Sainsburys.

If I'm going out I'll have a spray of some Sex Panther.
