Whats your Snowy Dilema of today?

I think if the roads are still a nightmare I will just catch public transport tomorrow and then take work up on their offer of putting me up in a hotel over night.

Only downside is that what is normally a 25 minute drive, is a 2hour+ commute when walking/catching the trains. :o
 
business as usual here, in fact the snow is pretty boring and uneventful apart from making the place look nice. The worst part is I'm going to California on Friday and missing playing in the snow at the weekend :(

My mum was in Prague for the weekend, was meant to be flying back on Monday but she's stuck there until Friday. Wasn't sure if it was an Edinburgh airport issue (they've been constantly closing) or it's got bad in Prague also (but would have to be very bad eh?)
 
Yeah, everything is fine here, it hasn't actually snowed much since Sunday/Monday but it's been below zero so the snow is sticking around. I've flown out of Prague in much worse snow (there's not much here right now) so she should be set for a safe flight home on Friday, Edinburgh permitting :)
 
Well seeing as here in bonny Southampton no snow has settled at all, it's been business as usual - it's quite weird hearing about the rest of the country struggling with the weather when soton seems like the only place which hasn't been affected.
 
My predicament? I'm trying to buy a car and have to test drive them on icy roads. Up early tomorrow before work to test out a rover 75, fingers crossed it'll stay clear! Be good to see how it runs cold though :p
 
I know it's been snowing and cold for a few days but the 93yr old lady next door but one hasn't even bothered taking her milk in for almost a week, it's getting ridiculous, really starting to pile up, good job it's so cold otherwise it would have gone off, we get a cold snap in the UK and everything just grinds to a halt :mad:
 
Lots of snow, lots of ice.

Had to dig myself out of a pile of snow today after a failed (but perfectly safe) attempt to drift around a corner :D
