Whatsapp reminder, How to?

Hey Guys,

Anyone know how you can set a reminder on whatsapp? Like for it to be sent at a specific time for example when you're sleeping? My other half has done this a few times and its very handy but she's using an iphone. I cant find the option anywhere on my phone. Anyone know how it's done? I'm using android by the way on OP5.
