Wheel Trims

Seriously, that looks a total state. There is no shame in having steel wheels, but at least put normal OEM silver trims on there to make the car look half presentable.

Who's car would it be!

'Daily Driver' is traditionally a term used by people who drive something a bit crud in order that they can have something a bit awesome tucked away for weekends - perhaps a Lotus Elise or similar.

If its your only car it's just that - your car - you can't say 'daily driver' as if it somehow excuses your horrible wheel trims :p

Could be his only car and says it's a runabout as he may just have it to fill the gap before his next big purchase.

Depending on the style of post, I'm guessing he's a teenager "brap", but I'm probably wrong.

It's still his car. Saying 'daily' implies he has something interesting for the weekend and drives a shed to help fund it during the week.
