Wheelie bin doubles as public toilet

stale stagnent pee'y 'fertiliser' smell on the streets, some chavs bound to take a dump in one....better than the odd drunk having a cheeky wizz which the rain would have flushed away, hmm....surely thats gonna stink, and whos gonna want to empty someone elses pee'y crap :S id rather let them pee against my wall
 
I love the U-bend he added to the urinal. Carefully designed to dump a load of stale pee all over the dustcart as the bin tips up.
 
Surely the same problem is there. Its used to stop put urinating in public, but people do that in the first place im guessing to either be funny or because they don't have enough time to find a toilet. Surely now though the problem is still there, they are hardly going to run around looking for a bin to pee into since bins are only out at certain times in the week, so they'll just pee wherever they want anyway?
 
what a horrible idea, I cant imagine a single person in the whole of the uk will want drunken people hanging around their house being loud and taking a leak in their bin!
 
I can't believe how many people on BBC Breakfast thought this was a good idea. Yeah, I really want to open my bin and find it full of pee.
