When will the g15 be hitting the uk streets?

Not sure but i for one am dissapointed with the lack of games supporting its screen.

Very few games have ever displayed anything useful on it and LCDstudio dies a death on it with vista x64 due to signed drivers.

If i were you id save the money and buy the one without the screen

Have you tried launching a "Run..." box, typing "cmd" without the quotes and then entering bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS and hitting enter to disable enforced driver signing In Vista x64 ?

Whatever happened to that keyboard people where talking about ages ago, where it was like evry button was full of LED's? And it changed to what game you where playing, IIRC it always had a pic of a quake layout

I've been a bit disappointed with the lack of any real support for the LCD on the Z10 speakers too. Only game I've personally seen use it is Red Orchestra. Even Logitech's own software for it is fairly basic and unimpressive.

The Optimus keyboard! I think the original suggested pricing was $800USD, then everyone kicked up a fuss, so they made the LEDs in the keys black and white in order to lower the cost to $400, to which everyone kicked up a fuss because black and white LEDs would be, well... rubbish.

It died a horrible death basically, and deservedly so imho.

[EDIT] On topic, i would go for the G11 and save £20, nothing really makes a good enough use of the screen to warrant nearly double the cost imo. The G keys and awesome media controls are what makes the keyboard anyway in my eyes.

[EDIT2] Oh apparently its back, and its got the coloured keys again! Priced with a preorder price of $1564.37 USD, bargain!

yeah but it stopped working after the recent performance and reliability updates from MS, which i would rather have. AFAIK the only way to do now is is to F8 every boot.

Its not really about that anyway, its more to do with poor Logitech support/software and even less support from game devs, I mean think of the info you could have had on games like FM2008, Supreme commander etc, endless

Are they making a version 2 of the g11? As im only getting the g15 v2 because i have limited desk space...
