and throughout the entire time I leave the tap running, probably waste about 10 litres while doing it lol

Its a bad habit really. Our water aint on a meter at my Mams house , and where I live now its all in my Accomodation costs

Add paste.

Add water to mouth.

I have to wet my toothbrush first, then add the paste, then I run it under the water again, and pray to the toothpaste gods it doesnt get thrusted off by the water running too fast. Otherwise it never really comes off the sink either, with just water alone...and then you have to start rubbing it off with your fingers, which just feels awful, and then it doesnt come off your fingers properly!!

Water acts as a lubricant and helps create bubbles.

re-wet brush and paste

rinse off brush
rinse mouth
tap off
wipe mouth
admire fantastic good looks
exit bathroom.
