A spin off from 'what did you do to your bike'

Post about where you have been or anything interesting on route.

So i went to Loomies Cafe, via Winchester, roads feel better, getting my mojo back.

http://www.loomies.co.uk/ had a big breakfast which was first class.
 
I took the cover off of Lucy and waited for the ACF50 to burn off of the downpipes, got a little smokey there!!

Then rode around the Chilterns. I had the gf on the back and I'd forgot how hard it is to filter with a passenger at times =/
 
Another back road blast, went to the bike shops in Swindon, very impressed, took the long way home via Trowbridge. Temps hit double figurers. Loving being off work.

Maidstone Honda, then down to a dealer in Tonbridge to look at an Aprilia Tuono Factory, which were shut early due to a family wedding :( then a ride back via Sevenoaks and the A25.

Was quite nice in the sun but still pretty cold when it went in, had the heated grips on :D

Mega Motorcycle Store? If so, any good? Need to get the gf some cheapish gear but being so short most small local stores don't cater for her.

Yea a fair bit of girls stuff in, also look at Infinity clearance in Camberley they used to have plenty for girls.
 
Another great day, Loomies for a big meet, then down to Pompy, loving the twisty roads option on my Zumo 590
 
took the mrs to St Neots for a bowl of chips and a brew. cold but nice (the ride) not the chips.:confused:
 
DSB did you do the charity ride from Loomies Saturday morning to Southampton general? was slow as hell but quite good fun, got two police bikes escort also, stopped traffic all over the place for us :D
 
Went down to the Infinity Clearance Warehouse to gear up my other half, who has been wearing hand me downs for too long - got myself some new boots too! Nice ride there from Reading, then straight back up and across the countryside to Oxford for a sunset ice cream at G&Ds in the city center :)

I didn't mate, two many bikes for my liking and very restricting, i get board doing stuff like that, but i did donate.
 
Nipped out yesterday lunchtime with the tankbag on the Mille's tank to pick up some nice real ale before the Scotland rugby game kicked off. Didn't stop to take any photo's though as I was having an absolute h00t of a time on the bike. It was one of those trips to the shops which are 3 miles away that ended up taking me on a journey of 38 miles. :cool: Back injury is slowly healing and this is only the second time I've been back out on the bike since November last year and my god......even in a short space of time I had forgotten how quick this thing is, for a 16 year old bike. :D

Oh......and the noise. :D

Haha I agree, but I was with about 7-8 other biker friends so it was a good laugh in the end, although I ache like I had been riding the bike all day, sportsbikes and constant sub 30mph do not mix. :mad:
 
It's 12 degrees and sunny so I'm off to do a lap of lake gruyere.

Dams, twists and great views await me today :D

Edit: Just got back, awesome ride!
