excellent idea. These would be an excellent idea for commuting if you haven't got that far to go.

As for what there called and where to get them no idea

A really good point. I can seem them being quite useful though, I suppose if everybody started to use them I'd get a pair.

The things on their legs, what are they called. That was the question. The follow-up question was where to acquire them.
 
powerizers im sure they are called, saw someone with a pair tonight, sadly they were just walking with them which left me a bit dissapointed. ive read all sorts of mad claims as to what you can do with these, run at about 25mph jump up to 8 feet. :D
