Living room, Its a HTPC, so it makes sense.

Ah right - sounds like a right little beggar. I don't have kids so lucky in that respect.

given the option I'd have a study/computer room, apart from that I'd rather the bedroom than the living room, at the moment im right near the front door, sat in front of the living room windows.
I like my privacy, if I sit at my PC to play a game etc I don't like the fact I can be seen and heard easily from outside, especially when my neighbour is always out there smoking.
