Where on a P5Q, does one measure voltages?

There are a couple of places online that talk about the p5q overvolting components when set to auto. More worrying however is the +0.08V on the RAM relative to the bios setting measured on an early bios.

I asked under memory, but suspect I'll have more luck here as it is more of a motherboard issue. Where should I measure on the board, with multimeter, for ram voltage?

Indeed how is this even possible when every copper track on the board is coated for its protection?

Well ive heard about this ram overvolting issue on the p5q boards since they were released, ive used two different sets of ocz reaper, 2x2gb pc6400 and my current reaper 8500. Both kits are rated at 2.1v on their respective timings.

Reaper pc 6400, 4-4-4-15

Reaper pc 8500, 5-5-5-18

Both theese kits were rated at 2.1 vdimm but ive run both without issue for months in my p5q deluxe at 2.02 vdimm.
