Where to buy sand paper?

Kinda wanna sort out the heatsink on my northbridge, so think i'll lap it, the surface on the tuniq tower isnt great either so might do that too.

But where do i buy sand paper to do it from? none of the usual decoration stores seem to sell it, neither does halfords (i dont think thats a competitor, or maybe they sell car wash?)

You need whats called Wet & Dry paper.

I could be wrong here but I think neither sand nor glass is used but very fine metal particles.
