Where to look for cars for sale

Try just googling.

This actually worked for me when i bought my car. The ad was going to be listed in the paper on the thursday, but it accidently got put up on the website a day before and had literally been live for about an hour before i stumbled across it. Went down that afternoon and bought it :D

Closest Trophy Blue MG which actually looks decent is about 45 miles from me...bleh...
 
What is it that appeals to you most, the chronic reliability problems perhaps? Maybe the fact its an old Rover 400 with tat on? Perhaps the barry image? :p

The noise and buzz I got from the one I drove :D

Plus I think they look awesome, not many can say a word against them, and that trophy blue...just.....:cool:....

I think I'll get a plate with a slogan "my other Rover buddy is in the North"


Andy doesn't know it yet, but he's going to have a plate saying "my other Rover buddy is in the South" :D

Now that's not completely true is it. You can put most car's down if you say it like that. ie. oh, the mondeo St220 - "oh it's just a mundano with stick on tat". The ZS it has had a lot of work done on it to bring its performance more inline with its looks. Out of the reviews i've read, it comes off well - with Evo writing "Contrary to expectation, this really is an impressive and satisfying driver's car."

But an ST220 *is* a Mondeo with some tat on it. Good looking tat, but it's a Mondeo. But it doesnt hide its Mondeo roots - it proudly displays them on its back. Unlike the ZS ;)
