Where to put my center speaker when it arrives, above or below?

Hi guys, im after some advice.

I have a center speaker arriving monday

Atm my TV is on my desk, next to my PC monitor and my front speakers are about a meter eitherside, rear speakers are fine. This setup is in my bedroom, hence how close the speakers are.

I have 3 options.

1) Stand my TV ontop of the center speaker (will look a bit wierd)
2) Sit my center speaker on a wall mounted shelf above it.
3) Wallmount the TV and sit the center speaker underneath on the desk.

Will it actually make a difference where I mount it, as its still central? and is it advisable to stand my TV ontop of the speaker? Its a KEF cresta 20c that will be arriving and the TV is a 26" Samsung R74.

I think I might go for the shelf option, as then the speaker will be completley central. As my TV is on the right side of my desk, my PC (19") to the left and then one of the speakers.

Option 3 sounds the best. My center speaker is very low down, I raise it slightly whilst watching movies otherwise I don't seem to get the full benefit.
