Where to report suspected business of FRAUD?

If they don't have any contact details, vat number, etc on their site then it most likely is dodgy (or just very badly made by an idiot).

So how do you know they are a fraudulent company then? The street view images can and are probably out of date and the store could have moved in after images were taken.

It is illegal for companies to allow internet only orders and not take phone orders.
