Where will guarantee me a Wii on pre-order?

When did you order? I got mine in on the day they started pre orders. But I cant remember what time, so who knows how many got in there first

The rumour, UNCONFIRMED OF COURSE, is that if pre-ordered with GamePlay on notification day (26/09/06) you should be pretty ok.

I am getting mine for xmas, so as long as I get mine before 25th I will be happy.

Ordered mine two days ago. Yeah, pretty late I know, but wasn't sure if my mom was going to get it for me or not. Gameplay were pretty good getting me a 360 last year, I have faith in them. I'm pretty sure I'll be playing on the 25th

I pre-ordered mine, officially, today at Toys R Us. Had my name down on the 'pre' pre-order list, but they never rang to confirm proper pre-orders. Bit peeved, as they said they would and I was 2nd on that list, but the guy said they didn't have a numbered order system for pre-orders - if you've got a slip, you should have a Wii come the 8th. Said they never had trouble with allocations as they simply stopped pre-orders as soon as the word came from head office. No farces meeting Xbox 360 or PSP launches, so I'm hopeful I'll be fine come Wii launch day.
