There's a voice that keeps on calling me.
Being the shopping hating bloke that i am, im just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for a suit for work, its not really for wearing everyday, more for wearing when going out on business etc.

Reason why im asking about the best place is because last year a i bought a suit from burtons for £80 (cheap i know) and tbh whilst it looked good for the 1st few times out, after that its starting to look naff imo.

I dont want to spend a fortune, but then i dont want to be buying a new one regularly, all i want is a couple of decent suits that will last me a while, dont really want uber flashy suits, flashy = unprofessional in my profession it seems.

So what do you reckon?

Im not a suit expert, but Ted Baker endurance suits are made to last. They are pretty cheap compared to designer brands too.

Might not be your style but M&S suits are good value for money and they have a large range:)

What should i be looking to spend on a suit then? how much are the ted baker suits?

Moss Bros, Suits you, Debenhams can have some ok ones (varies from town to town), John Lewis or House of Fraser also have a good selection although they tend to be pricier.

Depends. I spend huge amounts but then that's because I am a fool.

I'd say if you were spending less then £150, you'd need to replace it within 3 - 4 months whilst you're wearing it every other day (if you're buying 2 suits to wear on alternate days).
People will give you links and advise on how to help keep your suit in shape, but it really is all down to the quality.

...as well. However, my last visit had them taking too long and playing too much in areas I'd like them to avoid, if you catch my drift.

Just a good job you didnt hear the stretching of latex gloves.

I should be so lucky, I normally have to pay for that kind of thing.
