Where's the second temp pickup on a DS3?

Obviously, one is CPU. The other, i'd thought would be Northbridge but the numbers don't match- mine burns like the sun, but temp 1 stays resolutely at 33 degrees. Surface of the board at the RAM? If I could get it to heat up, I could spot cool the board till it turns up :D
 
The CPU one seems to be spot on... At least, it throttles at the right point, and powers iteself down at the right point. Don't ask me how I knows, I just knows :) But then, that made me wonder if maybe those events are reacting from the same figures. Hmm.

Sorry, TAT? New one by me... I've been using Speedfan and Gigabyte's own software...
 
Just did a spot of reading on this and it seems like neither TAT or Coretemp will work with a Pentium D, since they lack the hardware. Certainly the writer of Coretemp says it doesn't. Hmm. Wonder how the processor manages itself then, it's definately got a choke...
