Scythe s-flex 800RPM, Yate Loon 1300RPM (Yate Loon seem to have quality control issues so you might get a duffer), Sharkoon Silent Eagle 1000 (doesn't undervolt very far so may not become silent), Nexus real-silent case fan, Noiseblocker XL-1, or if you want to ship from america you might look at the Scythe slip stream 500RPM fan just released.

SilentPCReview is your friend and has many good 120mm fan roundups.
 
always think its worth going to higher rpm fans you can always run them slower for "quietness" and then you have some more umph! when you need it
 
I dissagree. If you want silence then high RPM fans often won't start at lower than 3-6v. If you have a 3000RPM fan you'll never get it to run at 600RPM.

Also high RPM fans don't always undervolt well and may develop clicks or other noise at lower volts.
