Which 965p or 650i boards work with 4x dimms

I am after a buget board for an E6420 and 4x 1gb dimms (I already own the DDR2). Are there any boards that work, and overclock well with 4 dimms?

Currently running 4 x 1gb on my Gigabyte DS3 @ 460 fsb.

The P965's are fine. I believe you're limited to DDR2-667 with 4 sticks of memory on the nForce 650/680's though.

How much do you want to spend?

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro (almost silent, better than stock)
Noctua NH-U12F (silent, much better than stock)
Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme (The best on the market. You need to buy a fan though)

I've been reading a few reviews and the Scythe Mine seems a good balance between price and performance. Does anyone know if this will fit a DS3? All comments appreciated.
