A few questions,
• Case? (to check the maximum height of the cooler that can fit)
• RAM? ( to see if it will have fitment issues with a heatsinks fan)
• Budget? (unless you just want the "best")

I am also wondering if my Thermalright ultra extreme 120 with push pull vipers needs an upgrade for my 8350. I have not installed the CPU yet but the TRUE handled my 1090T at 4GHz quite well. Max 58C on prime, 30C idle in a warm room
It would be simpler to do the upgrade at the same time as I install the processor, but what heatsink, if any, would perform better?
The vipers are quite capable and relatively quiet, just an audible whoosh on full prime when they get above 1200rpm so maybe just a heatsink upgrade unless it is better to use 140mm fans?
