I'm looking into buying a cab 100W + for <£200.

I've been looking at this Ashdown as I've had a play through a couple before and really liked them. I'm just not sure what model they were, so the ones I played through could have been much much more and this could be naff(
).
One brand which I'd like to steer clear of is Beringer for obvious reasons. My friend has a 100W Beringer cab which he paid £100 for. He has a Randall head going through it which is harsh as it sounds pretty bad.
Oh yeah, I should have mentioned this before. I play a '78 Strat and have no head yet so it doesn't need to match. I play lots of stuff from blues to metal etc. So I'd like a versatile bit of kit.
Also as I don't have a head, if someone could recommend me one then that would be cool.
Looking, again, for 100W+ but this time it would be more like <£300.
Any advice is really appriciated.
