Which camera from these 3?

Currently buying a new digital camera, and not sure which one to get out of the following;

• Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P200
• Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T30
• Canon Ixus 750

It's for casual use (night outs and spontaneous pictures when out and about) therefore no need for a SLR.

Which one would you get from the 3?
