Which Canon remote release?

I have found 2 remote releases, the RC1 and the RC5. I have a 400D.

Which is best and why ? I cant seem to find any differences apart from the appearance. Both also seem to be the same price.

Thanks for any help. Maybe some people have one or the other to comment on.
I only want one for the odd night shot, and landscape shots.

The RC-5 is mainly a remote shutter release.
The RC-1 offers a 2 second delay and the ability to lock the shutter opened for
bulb pics.


Obvious choice really.
