which connector do i plug fan too??

Hi people i need your expertise help...i have just put a thermalight true black on a rampage 2 extreme motherboard with 2 noctua s12 fans....it says in the manual that i need to plug one of these fans on the motherboard via "power fan",the noctua s12 is a 3 pin,but the power fan on the motherboard is a 4 pin,the noctua fits this fan ok...is it ok to use the noctua on this 4 pin power fan connector on the motherboard?

Yep, you may need to change the way it controls in the BIOS, It may be set for PWM control which is used for 4 pin PWM fans.

Your manual should show what the options are.
