Which convertible? 3.7k budget

I'm in the market for a nifty convertible, what do you knowledgable folks recommend? Budget is approx £3.7k ish

Could you mark each on these areas pretty please?

Usage is daily commuting mostly

Insurance (low med high compared to similar convertibles)

Handling

Comfort & Gadgetry (e.g. im 6ft 2 so enough space?)

Maintenance (high maintenance?)

MPG (estimated avg)

how many MPG you reckon? Roomy enough inside?

cool - so the mx5 is the top dog in this area though? (insurance, handling, maintenance, mpg, comfort)

theres a guy selling a rx7 turboII convertable on the mrx

faster than the mx5, handles extremely well.
it will need a lot of maintenance though

mpg would be around 20-25

if i'm honest i did have a few in mind before i posted the thread

dont hit me but... MGF/TF, MX5, maybe a Renault megane convertible? alfa romeo? Honda S2000 (if i pay a bit more)

also looking for under 2.0, more than 25 mpg would be nice!

Also you get used to the cold in Scotland and i might sell it after 8 ish months anyway if i cant handle the cold

edit: the last week here in Aberdeen its been pretty warm and sunny!
