In my vicinity at work are about 40 workers and everyone of them will bring me questions into work for me to find out answers even though the majority have broadband. When I ask them if they tried to Google it they look at me as though its a big secret that only I know.

I know the feeling
the number of times I get called out where if people had just typed the symptoms into google (ie, "Printer Sharing" or "how to make backups of photos in picasa") or even god forbid READ THE HELP FILES then they would have saved themselves my £25 surcharge for stupid questions!
