fireftp is what i use. not sure if i'm missing anything but it's good enough for what i want from it.

Filezilla all the way for free. But I use FlashFXP, sad thing its not FREE.

Filezilla or FireFTP, I have FF open most of the time so it's quicker to just launch FireFTP from speed dial.
