Which games does your subwoofer work in?

My subwoofer (5.1 audigy 4) isn't working in

TF2
CSS
Rainbow 6 Vegas

How ever it does work in

COD4
ETQW

Can you tell me if yours works in
TF2?
CSS?
Rainbow 6 Vegas?

those who have 5.1 working ins CSS/TF2, can you tell me which sound cards you are using please?

yeah its a different channel

5.1 channels, different sounds are sent to each channel

my .1 sub channel is coming out of the wrong speakers

ive just done a fresh install to solve this problem

curently waiting for css to download

ive also been testing dvd's with vlc player. surround sound in Total Recall works perfectly. the sub only rumbles during action sequences, which is when it should.

steam support said try typing in this

snd_legacy_surround 1

but its an unknown command!
