ATI,Nvidia or Matrox ?
I am not into games and I am after a card for handling DVD & picture editing work up to 200 quids.
Please advice.
cheers

for dvd editing you dont need a flash video card - u need a dual core amd or a hyperthreaded p4. :)

Matrox is normally considered to have the highest quallity output, especially on the colour repoduction side. However, if you are using one of the video editing packages which use OpenGL to accelerate transitions then either ATI or nVidia @ £200 would be consideralbly faster than any Matrox card.
