Which Graphics Card goes best with this CPU?

Hello,

I currently have a s939 Athlon 64 X2 3800+ thats clocked at 2.4ghz. Which GPU would you recommend to suit this CPU? I don't mind nvidia or ati.

if your looking at value for money, you only really have 5 choices...


in order of power, lowest first.

7600GT around £90 <-- if your on a budget, get this, its powerful enough to run most games on high so long as your not using huge screen resolutions.
X1900GT around £130
7900GT around £180
X1800XT around £150
X1900XT around £200

anything else is either too slow, or not worth the money.

you know, i bloody hate this forum some times. i put the 7900GT and get moaned at, if i hadnt of put it on there, someone would have come along, listed a load of crap about it and moaned at me for not putting it there. you just cant help people on here any more without people nit picking every detail.
