or

samsung 44gb

basically has to be quick for loading things, sound not such an issue.

I would go for the WD 500GB AAKS, over the Seagate 7200.10 500GB, as it is faster and quieter.

If you are prepared to pay the extra £s, go for the 500GB 7200.11.

the seagate is quicker on all the reviews I've read. and seagates are more reliable from my personal experience.
