Which Jetplate to use for AM4 2700X?

I have just purchased a Ryzen 2700X, and planning to change swap my EK evo waterblock over. But i cannot find out which jetplate i should use. Its currently running on a LGA2011 5820k.

Would be great if someone can point me in the right direction.
