which make ?

Hi All , i,m looking at wired routers and wondered which is the better more reliable make BT 205 or Netgear DG834 ? Thanks

The Netgear.

As these are both quite old you may find that they sync a lot slower than some newer chipset routers.

I've had both, they were both lousy on my line so it's hard for me to say.

The BT will almost certainly be some other brand with, at most, custom firmware and a different case. For example, the Home Hubs are Thomson.
