Which mobile?

Well im upgrading my mobile sometime this week, not sure which to go for?

Its between:

Samsung U600
Nokia 6300
LG Shine

Does anyone own one of these phones and can argue the case for each one

I'm tempted by the U600 but I think it needs a couple more weeks till there are more reviews on sites and forums like this for some solid info to be available.
