Which Mobo s939?

Ok I have a opteron 165 and I am thinking of getting either the DFi Ultra D or the Asus A8N E as I do not require SLi as I will be using a X1800XT. Which of these boards provides the best overclocking ability and would you suggest any other mobo?

DFI Ultra-D is a fantastic board, it'll clock better than the Asus and is solid, reliable and not too expensive

Ok I was leaning towards the DFi after reading a lot of good things about it and you have just confirmed what I have read.
