either want a gigabyte p35c ds3r or one of the x38 gigabyte ones which is the best overclocker bor a noobie with a q9300 ? and does the p35c ds3r have any issues with ram and will the atric cooler pro 7 fit ?

I'm an overclocking noob and I managed to almost double the speed of my E2140 on a P35C DS3R

Don't know anything about the X38 boards tho !!

Well..... you can set the FSB of the CPU on an extremely easy to understand page !!
So no... but just as good as yes
