Going from a Shuttle > Full ATX

i currently have

AMD64 3500+
2x 1Gb Corsair XMS Value Dual Kit 3200
1x 74gb WD sata raptor
1x 250gb maxtor sata
1x 300gb wd sata
Sapphire ati 256mb x800 gto2 pci-e
16x DVDRW+-

Id possibly like to add a 4th hardrive to.

What would be a good full atx motherboard for me?
