Which Motherboard?

Just picked up a delidded 7700K and I am now looking for a motherboard. Preferably a Z270, thoughts on the one below:

I find the Gigabyte Ultra Gaming pretty solid, I have built a few systems with the Z170 and one with the new Z270 version.
Also they have a UK based rma centre who are pretty good should you have any trouble.

I went for the Asus Z270 TUF Mark 1 in the end, above budget but 5 year warranty and looks good as part of the build
