Nearly all new phones are dlna compatible (desire HD, Motorola defy etc) All you need is a compatible tv or hdmi receiver box.
No need for messy wires... Keep up
that sounds cool but my newish HD TV doesn't have such a thing and there is no chance most my mates will for years not being geeks. so for portability ahdmi port seems handy to me but what you mentioned looks interesting for home and I might buy a box of some kind.
