Which of the following people would you chose to invite to a dinner party?

Gordon Ramsay (although probably not if I was cooking)

Jeremy Clarkson (Legend! Funny bloke, speaks his mind, not bothered about political correctness)

Michael Palin (some great stories - world in 80 days. not to forget Monty Python)



Not invited would be,
Fabio Capello - doesn't speak English yet so conversation isn't gonna be worth anything ;) - nothing against him personally though!
Gordon Brown - would bore me to death

Not sure who else I can think of a particular reason to not invite other than "not really someone I'd care to meet"

Gemma Atkinson - phwoar :D
Michael Palin - Funny and interesting guy...plus im a huge fan

Jordan, Pairs Hilton and Kylie, get them all drunk and have my way with them and sell the story to the papers for millions!

Or, Gordan Ramsay, Jeremy Clarkeson and Peter Kay
 
Not the following, because I've never heard of them and thus would probably embarass myself by asking what they do:

Stuart Rose
Ben Bernanke
Michael Buble

As for who would be coming...

Michael Moore - should at least stir up some conversation
Richard Branson - seems very affable and I'd love to find out if he's really like that or not
Ian Hislop - not his biggest fan as he's a bit smug at times, but would be capable of both humour and serious debate

Buble is a singer I think but I agree with the other two, no idea at all. And I also went for Branson and Hislop for similar reasons. Hislop is a bit smug at times but I think that is part of his act in a way. Tbh Paul Merton should have been put on the list because they are almost a double act. :D

And Branson, same as you. Seems like a nice, down to earth guy and I'd like to find out what he is really like and how he thinks.
 
The three with the biggest norks.
If I'm eating dinner I don't want to have people gabbing in my ear or have to talk back while trying to enjoy the meal. Therefore the others can give me something to look at while I masticate.

I was thinking that too, the only problem would be closing your mouth after putting in some food :(

Ben Bernanke is the Chairman of the Federal Reserve

Stuart Rose is CEO of M&S I think, although I could be wrong!

Personally I would go for:

Warren Buffet
Richard Branson
Michael Palin

and I would definitely not go for:

Jade Goody
Jordan
Paris Hilton

As I think that they are idiots!
